At time of writing i’m either designing or deploying three separate messaging migrations to Exchange Online. One of the source environments is non-Microsoft, where the Administration staff may have less exposure to an Outlook client and connectivity mechanisms such as Autodiscover and ActiveSync etc.
In the webcast below, just published today (Feb 27th 2016), the common connectivity issues are discussed and what you can do to troubleshoot. This is a useful technical refresh for those moving to Office 365 or those managing it every day. After all, Happy Outlook User = Happy Administrator.
- Issues connecting Outlook with Exchange Online
- Unable to open or access others’ or shared mailbox
- Autodiscover not working
